Royal icing recipe made with meringue powder.  As a cookier this royal icing recipe has been my go to in my cookie decorating journey. It has a softer bite and nice finish after it dries. Recipe is versatile and easy to work with, can be used for florals, outlining, and flooding cookies. Recipe is by weight (dry ingredients) which will requires a kitchen scale. Using a scale is necesary for accurate results.
